We are a nonprofit agency through New York State of Health-Marketplace. Our purpose is to provide affordable health insurance at no cost or lower cost to the community. We assist people enroll in health insurance such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan and Health Plans through the State. A certified navigator or assistor from NYSOH will be a representative. The goal is to share NYSOH information and help to enroll as many individuals as possible and families in need.
