CARECEN offers legal assistance and education to immigrants from all countries. It helps immigrants apply for citizenship and pass the citizenship test. It also offers free, virtual English classes to low-income students over 18. 

COHS is an online high school diploma and career certification program available through Patchogue Medford Library (631-654-4700). Free enrollment for a limited number of qualified adults. 

CALA provides free or low-cost legal services to New York’s immigrant community. Its mission is to defend Central and South American asylum-seekers. CALA’s staff are all bilingual.
