Join us for this workshop series to improve flexibility, balance, and strength to help prevent falls. Please note these workshops are not fitness classes. They are intended to be informational. 

Attendees are required to attend the first two classes in order to continue in the workshops. These classes build upon the previous week's lessons.

A doctor's note is required.
