Attendees will enjoy this fitness class that is half exercise for arthritis and half yoga, Please bring to class thera bands, lights weights, and an inflatable ball 6”-9” in size.
Tai Chi is a low impact exercise for adults that helps with balance, motor skills, and maintaining calmness throughout the mind and body. This class is for those who have already taken the tai chi classes previously.

All programs are for Central Islip Library cardholders only. There is a limited amount of spots available in each program. If a program fills, you will be placed on a waitlist for the event. If an available spot opens, you will be contacted and placed on the active program list.
