Attendees can bring a project they are working on or meet with the instructor to learn the basics of crochet. This program welcomes all levels of experience.
Join our teen librarians and some friends as we set up both video games and tabletop games for and evening of free for all fun. Light refreshments will be provided.

Teen programs are for students in grades 7 -12.
In-person programs, and Zoom classes, all require advanced registration, and are limited to Central Islip Public Library cardholders.
Instructors from the Long Island Science Center challenge you to build a rollercoaster from a marble! Explore Newton's Law of Motion and how to use it to ensure the marble has enough energy to get around the track but does not go flying off.

All programs are for Central Islip Library cardholders only. There is a limited amount of spots available in each program. If a program fills, you will be placed on a waitlist for the event. If an available spot opens, you will be contacted and placed on the active program list.
Please be on time for programs. If you are not present by the start of the program, your place in the program is not guaranteed.
