Provided by the NY State of Health, within the NYS Department of Health. We serve as the official health plan marketplace for New Yorkers to shop for, compare, and enroll in health insurance coverage. Health insurance enrollment assistors will be available to speak to library patrons about getting health coverage, and helping them enroll if they are uninsured.

We offer a broad choice of health plans and provide free enrollment assistance to help New Yorkers choose which plan is right for them.  Some plans are free and most New Yorkers are eligible for financial support to lower their costs.  Thanks to the federal American Rescue Plan Act, more people are now eligible to get reduced premiums through NY State of Health—even those with higher incomes who did not qualify before.
