New Horizon Counseling Center is a not for profit behavioral health facility providing mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment and psychiatry to the community. We also offer health home, a service to the Medicaid population to provide community resources such as applying for benefits an individual may be entitled to, help with housing applications, connections to medical doctors, and much more.
